A solid and compact chopping or cutting board handmade from Scottish Beech and finished with food safe mineral oil. These are an ideal size for cutting lemons for a G&T, perhaps a strong flavoured item (chilli, garlic, cheese etc), or taking camping.
The Scottish beech used for this board is very dense and robust, and ideal for chopping boards. Several coats of food safe oils have been applied to finish the wood and capture the wonderful colours, which will provide protection for years to come. As with all wooden utensils, they should not be left soaking in water and they should be treated periodically to keep their finish. We recommend our own Anyfink Wood Balm which we have developed especially for Spurtles, Spoons, Boards and more.
The board measure approx 21 x 15 x 2.5 cm (8.25 x 6 x 1 inches).
This board has our "anyfink, Made in Scotland" logo branded into one side.
