We are a small UK based business.
We aim to process orders within 2 working days.
Our standard delivery is Royal Mail tracked48 .
The postage is calculated by the combined weight of your order items.
Our postage costs are guided by post office charges,
which are set by weight, by size, and destination.
For example:
UK small parcels are one price for up to 2kg for 2nd class post.
For 1st class it is one price up to 1kg, then increases for heavier items.
If you have any questions about the delivery method,
or the cost of postage to your address, then please contact us with details of your location
and the product you would like to buy. We will do our best to help.
Due to regulations and tariffs imposed by the US and Europe
we are now only shipping within the UK.

Upon purchase of a digital file
you will receive a link to download your digital product(s)
in the thank you page of the checkout.
You will also receive an emailed link that will last for 30 days.
Please DOWNLOAD YOUR FILE immediately
as the link will expire 30 days after purchase.
RETURNS
Contact us within 14 days of delivery
to tell us that you wish to return the item
Once you have contacted us
items must be returned
within 30 days of delivery
We don't accept cancellations but please contact us
if you have any problems with your order
Custom or personalised orders can not be returned
or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
