  • Can I have something CUSTOM made?
    We are happy to discuss custom order requirements. Please send us a message via our contact form with your details
  • How do I care for OIL TREATED products?
    These products have been treated with multiple coats of a quality "finishing oil" to enhance the grain and provide a protective finish. This finish can be enhanced by applying good quality furniture wax if more of a sheen is required. If cleaning is required they can be wiped over with a dry cloth. Do not be immerse in water. FOOD SAFE PRODUCTS With a little care and attention these items should last for many years. We do not recommend putting these items in the dishwasher or leaving them immersed in water - to clean they should be wiped over with a wet cloth. These products have been treated with a food safe oil, which is widely available for purchase (often sold as chopping board or kitchen surface oil). The oil can be reapplied by wiping on & off with some kitchen paper if the surface becomes dull.
  • How do I care for LACQUERED products?
    These products have a harder wearing and lighter coloured finish than the oil treated products. Whilst they are water resistant they should not be immersed in water. The finish does not require any maintenance, and the products only require wiping over with a dry cloth occasionally.
  • How do I care for Spurtles?
    With a little care and attention this useful kitchen tool should last for many years. Wipe over with a wet cloth to clean. We do not recommend putting this item in the dishwasher or leaving it immersed in water. Your spurtle has been treated with a food safe oil. The oil is widely available (often sold as chopping board or kitchen surface oil) and can be reapplied when the surface becomes dull, by wiping on and off with some kitchen paper.
  • Where can I buy the correct sized replacement tealights?
    Replacement candles and tealights should be of the same height and diameter as the one originally supplied with your product. The tealights we have included with your product are from IKEA, the Glimma range.
  • How do you calculate postage?
    We mostly use Royal Mail prices and add a small fee for packaging costs. If an item is too heavy for Royal Mail then we use a courier. We always aim to keep postages costs as low as possible and will refund excess postage when possible
  • Can I have my order sent via Special Delivery?
    If you cannot see a suitable delivery method at the checkout then please contact us as we will be happy to discuss alternative postage methods.
  • Do you sell your products elsewhere?
    Yes. A limited range of Anyfink is also available on Etsy and Amazon.
