This oiled Scottish burr elm display stand has a lot of interesting grain and knobbly burr features.
These plinths would be ideal for displaying jewelry, castings, ornaments, collectibles, or "anyfink" that takes your fancy.
On this item, many coats of natural oils have been applied to finish the wood and capture the wonderful colours, which will provide protection for years to come. A further coat of furniture oil or wax can be added at a later date if you so wish.
The stand measures approx 31x20x4cm (12x8x1.5 inches) on the base, with the upper surface being smaller in places due natural side sections tapering.

The underside of the piece is branded with our "anyfink, Made in Scotland" logo and it has felt feet to avoid marking surfaces.
